Setting Up Webhooks

  1. Navigate to Webhooks Settings
    • Go to the Webhooks page in your Duve account under Settings > Advanced.
    • Note: Only users with the Manager role can create webhooks.
  2. Create a Webhook URL
    • Set up a webhook URL in your CRM (e.g., Zapier) where you would like Duve to send the webhooks.
  3. Create a Webhook in Duve
    • Click Create and select an event from the dropdown.

Events to be Notified About

  • Reservation Created: Triggered when a reservation is created in Duve.
  • Reservation Status Updated: Triggered when a reservation’s status changes.
  • Online Check-in Status: Triggered when the online check-in status is updated or completed.
  • Online Check-out Status: Triggered when the online check-out status is updated or completed.
  • Order Status: Triggered when an order is created, refunded, or canceled.
    • Applies to all product types, including Smart Tools and Custom Products.
  • Guest Document Uploaded: Triggered when a guest uploads a document via the Guest App or Online Check-in.
  • Guest App Opened: Triggered when a guest opens the Guest App link.
  • New Chat Message: Triggered when a host or guest sends a message in the Communication Hub.
  • Reservation Details Updated: Triggered when ETA, ETD, or stay dates are changed.
  • Room Allocation Assignment: Triggered when a reservation’s room allocation is changed.
  1. Add Conditions (Optional)
    • Configure optional conditions to refine when the webhook is triggered.
  2. Enter Endpoint URL and Select Data Points
    • Add your webhook URL in the Endpoint URL section.
    • Select the parameters you want to include in each webhook under Data Points.

Optional: Add Headers for Authentication

If your CRM requires authentication, you can add headers to your webhook setup to ensure the information is sent securely and correctly. For assistance, contact integrations@duve.com.
